【Check-in Process】
1.Select "Check-in"
2.Enter your reservation number, phone number, or name, then confirm and sign
3.Scan your identification
4.Enter contact information (phone or email)
5.Choose a payment method and complete payment
6.Receive your room key and check-in information
7.Complete the check-in procedure
*You are welcome to provide your estimated arrival time in advance.
*Please present a valid photo ID (e.g., ID card, health insurance card, driver's license, passport) for scanning and registration upon check-in, in accordance with tourism bureau requirements.

Check-in Information
01.Self-service check-in/check-out and luggage storage available.
02.Check-in time: From 3:00 PM on the booked day of stay. (If arriving earlier, you can use the self-service luggage lockers for storage.)
03.Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM on the booked day of departure. (No free late check-out service is provided.)
04.Late check-out incurs a fee of NT$300 per hour; if check-out is delayed past 3:00 PM on the departure day, a full night's room charge will be applied.
05.All guests must provide valid identification to check in. (One of the following: ID card, health insurance card, driver’s license, or passport.)
06.Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. If smoking is detected, a fine of up to NT$10,000 will be issued in accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, and a special cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged.
07.Guests under 18 years old cannot stay alone without legal guardian consent.
(A "Minor Check-in Consent Form" signed by a legal guardian and valid identification are required.)
(If the consent form cannot be provided, the booking cancellation policy will be applied.)
08.Pets are not allowed. (If a guest brings a pet, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation and no refund of the deposit will be given.)
09.For bookings made via the official Stay Easy Inn website, please refer to the cancellation policy on your order and cancel directly on the website; phone cancellations are not accepted.
10.For bookings made through platforms like Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Trip.com, etc. (not the official hotel website), please contact the respective platform for cancellations or inquiries.
11.Room assignments depend on availability at check-in; special room requests cannot be guaranteed.
12.Rooms are equipped with wireless broadband internet, VOD channels, a thermos, and toiletries.
13.No extra beds are provided in guest rooms.
Extra Person Policy
1.Children
Children aged 6 and under (inclusive) exceeding the room’s maximum occupancy are not charged extra and no extra beds are provided.
Children aged 7 and above exceeding the room’s maximum occupancy will be charged NT$500 per person per night, with no extra bed provided.
2.Adults
Adults exceeding the room’s maximum occupancy will be charged NT$500 per person per night, with no extra bed provided.
To provide all guests with a comfortable and quiet resting environment, our hotel kindly reminds you to observe the following Quiet Hours regulations:
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM the next morning
During this period, please avoid loud noises, playing audio or video at high volume, noisy gatherings, or any other activities that may disturb others’ rest.
If disturbances continue after a reminder, the hotel reserves the right to take necessary actions, including but not limited to terminating related services or contacting the authorities, to protect the rights of other guests.
