施工期間會產生明顯施工噪音及震動，若有影響安寧，敬請海涵。

Please be advised that a neighboring private residence is currently undergoing renovation work, which is expected to continue until September 30, 2026.

Construction hours are Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No construction work will take place on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

During the construction period, noticeable noise and vibrations may occur. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding.

工事時間は平日（月曜日～木曜日）9:00～17:30です。金曜日・土曜日・日曜日および連休中は工事は行われません。
